1. Ring 07961 93 03 93 to find out Technician availability

2. Click HERE. This will start the process to Remote Support to your PC.

3. Click Run. (You may need to click Run a second time).

4. Click the "Show My PC Now" Button, (ensuring that there is a tick in "Give Full Control to Users")

5. After a few seconds a set of 14 numbers and dashes will appear, Read these to the technician (at a reasonable speed, please)

6.  Important:

If you get a message - or number of messages- from Windows Firewall asking if it should continue blocking, or Unblock, Click UNBLOCK (repeatedly if necessary). Failure to do so stops the technican from working on your PC

7. The technician will then take control
